Boys' Class A East quarterfinal action took place at the Augusta Civic Center Saturday night, and there was everything from upsets to blowouts to just plain ugly basketball.

Over the past few weeks, I had been wanting to write this post, but things kept trucking along. Patriots make the Super Bowl, we do games, etc, etc. I laid my head back in my chair this morning, closed my eyes for a second while my wife made breakfast. My almost 2 year old daughter, who has recently started talking in sentences, ran over to me and tapped me on the leg as I closed my eyes for a second and said "Daddy, wake up!".
