Waterville Picks New Police Station Site

Waterville city councilors have picked the site for a new police station.

They voted 5-to-2 Tuesday night to build a $2.75 million facility at Head of Falls.

That's the site a study committee also recommended.

The city already owns the land.

A Unity man accused of punching his 16-year old son in the head is out on bail.

Leslie Bates, 49, is charged with domestic assault.
