LD 1571, a 19-point attack on Workers Compensation sponsored by Rep. Andre Cushing (R-Hampden) would be devastating to injured workers and their families.

Workers Comp is an essential lifeline for Mainers who are injured on the job. It allows them get well and back to work and to ensure their families get through what is a very difficult time.

Maine workers who have been injured on the job and have relied on Workers Comp to survive will speak out Friday prior to the public hearing against the efforts to undermine access to this crucial system.
