Saco, Maine (August 1, 2012)- Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution, Maine’s oldest bank, is pleased to announce the hiring of Brian Ballute as the bank’s new assistant treasurer.
As assistant treasurer, Ballute will work with the bank’s treasurer and CFO, Robert Quentin, to ensure adequate cash management, asset selection, and investment options for the bank’s continued growth and success.
“Brian was an accounting intern with us during his college career, so we are thrilled to welcome him back to the state and to the bank,” said Kevin Savage, CEO of Saco & Biddeford Savings. “He is a talented financial professional and we are fortunate to have him on our team.”
Prior to joining SBSI, Ballute was a Senior Associate Auditor at KMPG in Boston. He received his Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) from Bentley University. He is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and currently resides in Hollis.
